What is Microsoft D365?

Prepare data export
We export the relevant data from the Shopify store, such as products, orders, customer information and inventory. We also ensure that the data is in a compatible format that is accepted by Microsoft D365.
Integration with Microsoft D365
We use suitable integration solutions or a middleware tool to seamlessly import the exported data from Shopify into Microsoft D365. This integration enables the synchronization of data between both platforms and ensures a consistent database.
Data synchronization and data management
We set up the synchronization and data management between Shopify and Microsoft D365 for you. In addition, we ensure that new products, orders and customer information are updated in real time between the systems to ensure efficient business processing.

This Latori customer uses Microsoft D365
Latori customer Outdoorchef, an online store for barbecues and accessories, also relies on Microsoft's ERP solution. Dynamics D365 is used to manage all orders, customers, products, stock levels, prices, BOMs (Bill of Material) and more. Latori synchronized all relevant data between D365 and Shopify using an app it developed itself. This required a connection to the D365 API and the Shopify API. The Latori app retrieves data from D365 and uploads it to Shopify - and vice versa. This means that orders from the Outdoorchef store can now be processed in D365, for example, or information for the Spare Parts Finder can be made available in the store.
