Preparation and analysis

Based on this knowledge, we develop a comprehensive migration strategy. We determine which data is to be transferred and how it can be seamlessly integrated into the Shopify system.
Data migration and customization
In the next step, we put the migration into practice. We transfer products, product variants, customer information, order history and content from novomind iShop to Shopify. We make sure that the data is correctly assigned and, if necessary, adapt product structures and categories to the Shopify standards. Payment and shipping options are configured according to the retailer's individual requirements.
Testing
Before going live, we test the Shopify Shop extensively. We ensure that all data has been transferred correctly and that all functions work flawlessly. This includes checking product pages, the checkout process, payment gateway integration and overall website performance.
