Successful projects - These stores are live

Horando

Horando is one of the leading online retailers for luxury watches in Germany. The special feature of this store is the implementation of headless commerce with Shopify Hydrogen and the headless CMS Storyblok. Another special feature is the development of the B2B demand tool, which ensures that retailers can easily send or offer stock lists, goods or products to Horando. In addition, we have implemented geolocation, which allows customers to shop directly in the appropriate language and currency.

#You

With the new "Branded House" website, #You, also known by the brands Ava & May and Faynt, went live. Previously, both brands operated separate Shopify Plus store instances. The main goal was to integrate the Faynt brand into the Ava & May store and customize the design of the Ava & May store so that both brands could work seamlessly together in a single store instance. Latori came in at the very end of the development process.

Sensalou

Sensalou is the number one online retailer for incontinence and bladder weakness. They sell pants, diapers and mattress protectors. Tadima is the company and Sensalou is the website where customers can find care products or a care box. In the course of the collaboration, we created and implemented the design and developed a configurator that allows customers to put together a care box worth €40.

Neuland

Neuland is a leading provider of learning materials and holistic room concepts. The brand specializes in the sale of markers, pens, chalks and more. The products are supplied to both B2C and B2B customers. We supported Neuland in migrating the store from Shopware to Shopify. There was already an active store in place and we practically rebuilt the store from scratch, including a new redesign of the design, which was then finally implemented by the frontend team. We also created a Shopify app/plugin in the backend that virtually linked the BORM merchandise management system with Shopify. In addition, we customized the basic setup according to the client's wishes and made extensions for B2B and B2C.

Weinliebe

Weinliebe had already created a Shopify store and asked us for support with the finalization and go-live. The brand was previously on Shopware and had already started with Shopify, but then got stuck. So Latori actively helped them with decisions and the team configured some points and made adjustments to the frontend.

Gate 194

Gate 194 migrated with the store to Shopify Plus. As part of the collaboration, we took over the data migration, the creation of a countdown on the coming soon page and the marking of the products with "coming soon". We also ensured that discontinued items are no longer displayed in the store.

Hunter

The family business HUNTER was founded in 1980 and mainly offers products for dogs. The brand decided to turn its back on Shopware and switch its store to Shopify Plus. The extensive project focused on the implementation of headless commerce based on Shopify Hydrogen.

Parsa Beauty

PARSA Beauty is all about beauty. The brand offers high-quality beauty products in the areas of hair, trend accessories, cosmetic accessories and bathroom accessories. The special feature of this project is the implementation of headless commerce.

Liquid Life

Liquid Life is an online shop for bicycles and accessories. As part of the collaboration, the old shop was migrated from Magento to Shopify, the look and feel of the old shop was recreated, new features such as a bike advisor and a bike leasing option were developed and support was provided for interfaces to the ERP system and PIM.
