What is Shopify Plus?

Shopify Plus is Shopify's Enterprise solution and is therefore geared more towards high-revenue businesses. Nevertheless, any company that wants to take advantage of Shopify Plus' wide range of features can switch to the Enterprise plan.

The company Asphaltgold started as a retail store for sneakers and today has several stores and a booming online store. The company has become a lifestyle brand that enjoys worldwide popularity.

The store of our Shopify Plus customer convinces with a strong visual language that conveys the urban lifestyle to its young visitors and cuts a particularly good figure on mobile. The black and white color scheme directs the focus completely to the products.

2. B.O.C.

Our third Shopify Plus example, the B.O.C brand, switched from the Novomind platform to Shopify Plus to benefit from the large feature set.

Since switching to Shopify Plus, B.O.C scores not only with a fresh design, but also with new features, such as Click & Collect.

3. Gymshark

The British manufacturer and online retailer of sports and fitness apparel Gymshark took off since its inception and is one of the best-known sports brands around. When selling fashion items online, it is important to give the customer a clear idea of the products even though they do not have them physically in front of them. All clothes and accessories at Gymshark are therefore presented on models, in different, sporty poses, to show how the different materials behave. Gymshark is one of the world's most popular Shopify Plus Brands.

4. Live Fast Die Young

The online store design of the fashion label Live Fast Die Young is completely oriented towards the young target group and uses various functionalities that are familiar from Instagram. Familiar icons are used and the scrolling behavior of the app's features is adapted.

LFDY also switched from another store system to Shopify Plus with the help of Latori. The main reason for this was the increasing success of the brand and the associated higher click numbers. 5. Lensit

Lensit is the Norwegian subsidiary of Mister Spex and sells contact lenses as a pure e-commerce company via its own online store. The Norwegian brand switched from local software to Shopify-Plus to replace its outdated architecture. A particular challenge here was the approx. 4,000 variants of contact lenses.

6. Fahrrad.de

The fahrrad.de online shop offers everything to do with bicycles. The range includes not only bicycles, but also clothing, spare parts and accessories. With the new purchase advisor and frame size calculator, customers are guaranteed to find the right product. Fahrrad.de's old shop system was no longer up to the task and the brand decided to migrate to Shopify Plus.

7. Victoria Beckham

Under her label, Victoria Beckham creates luxury fashion that combines her own style and the women of the world. The Shopify Plus store is presented in white with elegant black fonts so that the clothes stand out. Victoria Beckham sells her collections all over the world and relies on Shopify Plus.

8. Cora

Cora-Verlag is a spin-off of Harper Collin Verlag and is one of the largest German publishers of romance novels and penny dreadfuls. The online store presents the product portfolio and introduces new releases. Soft colors create a feel-good atmosphere, which is supported by the use of sufficient white space.

Kylie Jenner also relies on Shopify Plus for her cosmetics line KYLIE Cosmetics. The website is divided into three sections by the colors white, black and pink. Visitors are directed by color coding to either the main Kylie brand, the Kylie Cosmetics makeup line, or the Kylie Skin skincare section. On each subpage, the color of the main navigation conveys which section it belongs to. The Shopify Plus store is one of the best known and generates millions of dollars in sales annually.

Ooia has made a noticeable impact on the German market with their feminine hygiene products. Your Shopify Plus store is fully designed for a D2C strategy here. The fact that Shopify-Plus is ideally suited for sales in niche markets is also demonstrated by the Outdoorchef company. With its gas kettle barbecues, the brand appeals to BBQ connoisseurs with a special eye for design.

12. E.GO

Buying cars in an online store? The e.GO brand uses its Shopify Plus website not so much to sell its innovative electric cars as to showcase them and arrange test drives. Just like e.GO's vehicles, the Latori customer website stands out. The customer always has an eye on what it's all about through image videos or product presentations on one half of the screen and receives further information on the other.

13. Allbirds

The history of Allbirds began with sheep and shoes. The New Zealand brand first developed sustainable shoes from the special material merino wool. In the meantime, the product portfolio also includes other items of clothing in addition to shoes.

Products and online store use a clear design that supports the respective functionality. Lots of white space and soft colors, invite the visitor to browse. This concept seems to be working - the brand generated sales of 297.8 million US dollars in 2022.

In the New York Times online store, Times enthusiasts can find everything their heart desires: from clothing to household goods to personalized goodies.

15. Sennheiser

Among one of the many Shopify Plus examples is this brand. Sennheiser is one of the most well-known manufacturers for headphones and soundbars. They also rely on Shopify Plus for online commerce. 16. Hornado

Horando is one of the leading providers of luxury watches in Germany. Horando takes advantage of the wide range of functions and extensions of Shopify Plus, such as headless commerce. Selecta is one of the largest providers of food from vending machines. Their Shopify Plus store is aimed exclusively at business customers. Chemofast, a company with 40 years of experience in anchoring technology, offers a diverse range of products and solutions for a wide variety of applications. As the previous platform Pimcore could not meet the technical requirements of the brand, Chemofast also decided to switch to Shopify Plus.

22. PARSA Beauty

PARSA Beauty offers high-quality products in the areas of hair care, trend accessories, cosmetics and bathroom accessories, with a strong focus on sustainability. The company emphasises environmentally friendly packaging, reduces the use of plastic and uses recyclable materials.
